Saudi Mark Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Saudi Mark collects, uses, shares, and protects data in the Saudi Mark mobile app and web services. It also explains how live driver location works for active bookings.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information that is needed to provide mobile car wash services, operate bookings, support customers and drivers, improve the app, and comply with legal and security requirements.
- Account and contact information such as name, phone number, email address, physical address, and support contact details.
- Vehicle and service information such as vehicle details, uploaded photos, selected services, appointments, branches, service locations, booking status, and driver proof photos.
- Location information, including precise or approximate location when a customer selects a service address and when a driver uses live tracking for assigned jobs.
- Payment and purchase information such as payment status, order value, invoices, wallet activity, memberships, purchase history, refunds, and loyalty activity. We do not store full card details in the app.
- User content and support information such as support messages, booking conversations, complaints, uploaded photos, and videos needed to process bookings or support requests.
- App activity and diagnostics such as services viewed or searched, offers opened, booking steps, pages used, device type, operating system, identifiers, performance data, and crash logs.
2. Driver Live Location and Background Location
Saudi Mark uses driver live location for assigned service jobs. When a driver checks in, goes online, or is assigned to an active booking, the app may collect and send precise driver location, accuracy, heading, speed, timestamp, app state, and related booking identifier.
Driver location may continue to be collected while the app is in the background so admins can monitor driver movement, confirm that the driver arrived at the customer location, support active bookings, and keep customers informed about arrival and job progress. This background tracking is used for driver operations and active booking fulfillment.
Tracking stops when the driver goes offline, checks out, or no longer has an active tracked job. Drivers can control location permissions from device settings. If location permission is denied, live tracking and some driver workflow features may not work correctly.
3. How We Use Information
- Create accounts, sign users in, verify identity, and protect accounts.
- Fulfill bookings, select service locations, manage vehicles, dispatch drivers or staff, and update booking status.
- Show driver arrival and job progress to admins and customers for active bookings.
- Process payments, memberships, wallet balance, refunds, invoices, and loyalty rewards.
- Provide customer support, manage complaints, prevent fraud, and improve service quality.
- Send booking, service, account, offer, and operational notifications.
- Personalize offers and create advertising audiences or retargeting only when permitted by platform rules and user choices.
4. Advertising and Tracking
Saudi Mark may use account information or app activity, such as name, email address, phone number, user ID, booking history, viewed or attempted services, and offer engagement, to create advertising audiences or retarget users with Saudi Mark ads when permitted.
Advertising platforms may include Meta products such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business. On iOS, Saudi Mark will not use data for tracking or third-party advertising audiences unless the App Tracking Transparency prompt has been shown and the user has granted permission. Users can change tracking permission in iOS Settings.
5. Service Providers and Sharing
We do not sell user data. We share only the information needed with service providers that help us operate, secure, support, and improve Saudi Mark.
- Moyasar, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and related payment providers for payment processing.
- Google Maps and location services for maps, service addresses, coverage checks, and live driver tracking.
- Firebase or similar services for notifications, diagnostics, crash reporting, analytics, and app performance.
- Messaging, SMS, WhatsApp Business, and email providers for verification codes, service updates, customer support, and marketing messages where permitted.
- Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, for advertising audiences and retargeting where permitted.
- Customer support, hosting, security, and operations tools needed to run and protect the service.
Data may also be shared when required to comply with law, prevent fraud, protect users or the platform, resolve disputes, or follow the user's choices.
6. Data Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide services, maintain booking and payment records, process invoices and refunds, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet legal requirements, and improve the app. Some data may be deleted, minimized, or de-identified when it is no longer required.
7. User Choices and Rights
Users can:
- Update account and vehicle information inside the app.
- Control location, notification, camera, photo, and tracking permissions from device settings.
- Deny iOS tracking permission without losing access to core booking services.
- Contact Saudi Mark support to request review, correction, or deletion of data where permitted by law.
8. Data Protection
We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect data, including access controls, secure communication, role-based admin access, operational monitoring, and system review. No electronic method is completely guaranteed, so we continue to reduce risk and improve protection.

بالنسبة للسائقين، يستخدم سعودي مارك الموقع المباشر لتنفيذ الطلبات النشطة. عند تسجيل حضور السائق أو اتصاله أو تعيينه على حجز نشط، قد يجمع التطبيق الموقع الدقيق، دقة الموقع، الاتجاه، السرعة، وقت التسجيل، حالة التطبيق، ومعرف الحجز المرتبط. قد يستمر جمع الموقع في الخلفية حتى يتمكن المشرفون من متابعة حركة السائق، تأكيد وصوله إلى موقع العميل، دعم الطلبات النشطة، وإظهار تقدم الخدمة. يتوقف التتبع عند إيقاف اتصال السائق أو تسجيل الانصراف أو انتهاء الحاجة للتتبع.
قد نشارك البيانات الضرورية فقط مع مزودي الخدمة مثل بوابات الدفع، Google Maps، Firebase أو خدمات مشابهة، مزودي الرسائل والبريد الإلكتروني، أدوات الدعم، ومنصات الإعلانات مثل Meta وWhatsApp Business عندما يكون ذلك مسموحاً. لا نبيع بيانات المستخدمين.
